Leadership & Staff
Behind Every Great Company is a Great Group of People
At, Eagle Mountain Assisted Living, we select staff who are dedicated to
serving seniors. Our community has well-trained and big-hearted individuals who
truly want to help people. Once a staff member is hired their professional
skills are fine tuned through our orientation program which teaches them how to
implement the Eagle Mountain Assisted Living principles and standards on a daily
basis. This way they are better able to serve our residents and care for their
daily needs.
